Can I order something right now?

What file types will be accepted?
STL and 3MF files, or a link to a model hosted somewhere else.
How many colours can a print have?
Up to four colours in a single print, on the printer used for multicolour work.
How will quotes work?
Every request will be reviewed by a person, then quoted based on filament, print time, complexity, any extra hardware, and shipping. Nothing gets charged until the quote is approved.
Who owns the model, and can it be printed commercially?
Whoever supplies a model keeps whatever rights they had before. Submitting one will mean confirming ownership or permission for it to be manufactured. Not every model on a marketplace like MakerWorld or Thingiverse allows that, so it gets checked before quoting, and a file without clear permission can be declined.
What happens if a print fails or comes out wrong?
Every print gets checked before it ships. Issues are handled case by case while this is still early.
Will you ship everywhere?
Shipping is expected to be confirmed individually for each order, not guaranteed for every location.
